Returns Policy

If you are in any way not fully satisfied with the product or the product is faulty, please email us at info@ochigo.co.uk to inform us within 7 days and we will give you a full refund on the product.

Please return the product in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If a product is faulty, the cost of sending the product back to us will be reimbursed and a replacement will be sent out to you or a full refund or exchance given.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
