 Terms and ConditionsHere at Ochigo, customer service is so important to us and we want you to be happy with all of our products and service. Despite our best efforts, sometimes things may still go wrong, which is why we have detailed below our terms of service which will explain to you your rights.
We operate in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 which ensure that you are kept in good hands.
| DeliveryAll orders which are in stock and received before 2.30pm are despatched on the same working day. Orders received after 2.30pm are despatched on the next working day. If normal despatch is delayed for any reason, we will inform you immediately by telephone or email.
The normal delivery time for products is 1 to 2 days for the UK and 3 to 5 working days for international deliveries but on rare occasions it may take longer for reasons out of our control. All products will need to be signed for upon delivery.
If a delivery is made and you are not available, a card will be left for you to rearrange a delivery or to collect your products. If no action has been taken by yourself within the allotted time and the product is returned to us, the delivery cost will need to be charged again to get the product back out to you.
We use couriers for our deliveries, with some smaller items sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
For deliveries outside of the mainland UK, EU, USA, Canada or Australia, please contact us for a quotation on delivery prices.
In cases when an item is too large for a shipping class, an extra shipping supplement may need to be charged. The customer will be contacted for approval before despatch.
| RefundsIf you are in any way not fully satisfied with the product or the product is faulty, please email us at info@ochigo.co.uk to inform us within 7 days and we will give you a full refund on the product.
Please return the product in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
If a product is faulty, the cost of sending the product back to us will be reimbursed and a replacement will be sent out to you or a full refund or exchange given.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
| Tax ChargesAll our prices are inclusive of VAT.
| Credit Card SecurityFor the final stage of the checkout, your payment card details are processed by Worldpay, a part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
A secure server is used for the payment pages which support 128 bit encryption, ensuring that your payment details are safe at all times.
| General Information- When you place an order, an automatic email will be sent to you to indicate that we have received your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email of order acceptance. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
- If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be despatched.
- All prices listed on our site are correct at the time of entering information, however we do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
- We has taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of variable factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colours, contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any colour discrepancies between the image and the actual product.
- We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from us.
- Some electrical products sold by us require specific types of light bulbs or wattages. Please follow the manufactures specifications that come with each product. We do not accept liability for any fault that may occur when using the wrong bulbs.
| Privacy PolicyWe do not disclose your information to third parties other than to Worldpay when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. We will only contact you by email if we have a query relating to your order, or by telephone if a number is supplied. We will not email you in the future for marketing purposes (unless you opt into our mailing list).
